About Composition:

L-Arginine:
L-Arginine is a chemical building block called "an amino acid." Our body is capable of producing L-Arginine by itself, but malnutrition, protein deficiency, jaundice can prevent the body to produce L-Arginine and make person suffering from skin problems, hair loss & constipation. This deficiency also suppresses the wound healing property of the body, which leads to various health problems.
L-Arginine provides the requisite measure of the amino acid to the body. L-Arginine is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open wider for improving blood flow. L-Arginine also acts as antioxidant and scavenges superoxide anions and hydrogen peroxide, two dangerous free radicals. Nitric oxide protects the heart and blood vessels from free radical damage and Plaque formation. It also stimulates the release of growth hormone.

Zinc:
Zinc has been suggested that maternal zinc deficiency may compromise infant development and lead to poor birth outcomes. Low plasma zinc concentrations reduce placental zinc transport and may affect the supply of zinc to the fetus. Zinc deficiency also alters circulating levels of a number of hormones associated with the onset of labour, and because zinc is essential for normal immune function, deficiency may contribute to systemic and intra-uterine infections, both major causes of pre-term birth. Low birthweight and prematurity are significant risk factors for neonatal and infant morbidity and mortality. It has been hypothesized that zinc supplementation may improve pregnancy outcomes for mothers and infants. DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is an omega-3 fatty acid. DHA is considered the building block of the brain. During pregnancy, from the final trimester onward, DHA is taken up by the placenta and travels directly to the fetus's brain and retinal tissue.

Folic Acid:
Folic acid is a B vitamin (vitamin B9). It helps to protect your unborn baby from developing neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Folic acid may also help to prevent other birth defects, such as a cleft palate . Folic acid is good for you, too, as its deficiency can cause you to have a type of anaemia.
The most common neural tube defects are:
spina bifida, an incomplete closure of the spinal cord and spinal columnanencephaly, severe underdevelopment of the brainencephalocele, when brain tissue protrudes out to the skin from an abnormal opening in the skullAll of these defects happen during the first 28 days of pregnancy usually before a woman even knows she's pregnant. That's why it's so important for all women of childbearing age to get enough folic acid not just those who are planning to become pregnant. Only 50% of pregnancies are planned, so any woman who could become pregnant should make sure she's getting enough folic acid.
